Deleting your data

We hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to delete. Thoughtline has no accounts and no server that stores your maps. Everything lives on your device.

Delete one map

Long-press a map on the My Maps screen and choose Delete. It moves to Trash, where it stays for 30 days so you can undo a mistake, and is then removed permanently. To remove it immediately, open Trash and delete it for good.

Delete everything

Uninstalling Thoughtline removes every map, note and setting from the device. Nothing is retained anywhere else.

Before you delete — take a backup

Settings → Your maps → Back them up writes every map to a single file you can keep. Deletion is not reversible once Trash is emptied or the app is uninstalled.

If you have bought Pro

Your purchase is held by Google Play or the App Store, not by us. Deleting the app does not lose it — reinstall and tap Restore purchase.

Still need something removed?

If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, write to hello@officeball.ai and we will delete it within 30 days.
