Thoughtline is made by Officeball. By using the app you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short.
Your maps are yours
You own everything you create in Thoughtline. We claim no licence over it, and we cannot access it.
What you are buying
Thoughtline Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks the Pro features on every device signed into the same store account, and it covers every future 1.x, 2.x and 3.x release.
The Google Play and App Store versions are separate purchases, because the two stores cannot share an entitlement. We state this before you pay.
No feature that is free in a shipped version will ever move behind Pro.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its own policy. If a refund is granted, Pro features lock again — but nothing you already made is deleted, hidden, or made unopenable.
Backups are your responsibility
Maps live on your device. Settings has a one-tap backup that writes every map to a single file. Please use it. We cannot recover data from a lost, broken or wiped device because we never had a copy.
The app is provided as is
We work hard to make Thoughtline reliable, but it is provided without warranty. To the extent the law allows, Officeball is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it.
